Steven Robertson has been a State Certified Contractor in Central Florida for 13 years, specializing in custom homes, commercial construction and large renovations projects. He began his career as the Project Manager for his family’s construction business in 2002. Steve has had the privilege of managing and contracting home projects in Lake Nona, Harmony, Stevens Plantation, Windermere, Metro Orlando, on clients’ personal properties, as well as commercial build outs and new construction across Central Florida. Steve managed the 11,000 sq ft New American Home in Lake Nona for the 2008 NAHB International Builder’s Show. This project earned Steve his first Florida Green Build Certificate. His team won the award for first place and grand award for his $1.5 million dollar remodel in Windermere for the 2014 Parade of Homes. He was elected to the position of President of the Greater Orlando Alejandro Villanueva Womens Jersey Builders Association for 2016 and is on the Board of Directors for the Florida Home Builders Association. Steven has been committed to many community service activities including the Heroes’ Commons project; building Alejandro Villanueva Youth Jersey homes for returning veterans, and food drives for the Ivy Lane community.
